ESLA Teen Mothers CLub

These girls / young mothers were facing challenges in the community like discrimination, people who laugh at them all the time a reason esla Uganda came with quadball to give them self-esteem using the sport.
Esla Uganda has launched a new sport called Quadball in Budondo to help young mothers with talent to make their lives better.
The sport have helped these young mothers, and the community to express their talents. The sport will give them a chance to take their talents even beyond Uganda.
Ddumba Lawrence Director ESLA Uganda, says “We have seen what the power of play can do to our community in terms of building skills and strengthening youth.”


  • Esla Uganda as an organization fighting the rights of young people especially girls, young mothers, and women, is going to start organize an annual Quadball tournament while also try to offering education opportunities to students from rural communities.”
  • The youth are encouraged to join the Esla Quadball Club to begin playing the game at a competitive level.
  • Good hope school is a school found in budondo Sub County that decided to educate a girl child who went through challenges of lockdown like pregnancies and early marriages
